New Nintendo Switch Games Released in February 2022

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably been immersed in Pokemon Legends Arceus, the latest addition to the Pokemon franchise. February is a little quiet for the Nintendo Switch in terms of exclusives (until Kirby and the Forgotten Land in March), but there are still plenty of games coming to the console in February 2022.

As usual, there are tons of games set to release on Nintendo Switch, a nice assortment of high-profile and indie titles. Below are some of the biggest named games you can expect to play in February.

  • Life is Strange: Remastered Collection – February 1
  • Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments – February 3
  • Maglam Lord – February 4
  • OlliOlli World – February 8
  • Kingdom Hearts (entire saga) – February 10
  • Dynasty Warriors 9: Empires – February 15
  • Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection – February 17
  • Monark – February 22
  • Sol Cresta – February 22
  • Chaos;Child – February 24
  • Chaos; Head Noah – February 24
  • Crystar – February 24
  • Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream – February 25

February is a lot like the late delivery of years-old Christmas gifts. On February 1, we can return to Arcadia Bay with the Life is Strange Remastered Collection, which includes Life is Strange Remastered and its prequel Life is Strange: Before the Storm Remastered. The visuals and animations of both games have been remastered for the new generation of consoles.

On February 10, another franchise will debut on Nintendo Switch – Kingdom Hearts. The entirety of Dark Seeker Saga will be available to play on Nintendo Switch via the cloud, coming to the console as previously released bundles. If you haven’t played Kingdom Hearts and want to play it in full, your best option is Kingdom Hearts Masterpiece, which includes all three game packs (11 experiences in total).

Likewise, Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection will be coming to Switch on February 17. This complete collection includes all the adventures of Master Assassin, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed Revelations, DLC included.
